AdvaNov Pharma was established in 2017 by our founder Hemal Shah an entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in the pharma industry. Advance and Novel were the words of inspiration in forming the company name AdvaNov Pharma Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Hemal Shah's journey in the pharma industry started in 1999. After the completion of his MBA, he grew in the field of sales and marketing. From the domestic market, he entered the international markets as the country manager and then as the Head of International Businesses in organizations like Zydus Cadila, Glaxo SmithKline (Gsk), Astra Zeneca, Johnson & Johnson, Claris & Nirma (Aculife). His management skills brought in a lot of growth for the product promotions as well as brand building with effective resource management. His experience and skills helped him to build a strong network in International Businesses, Government Ministries, and Media of various continents like Latin America, Eastern Europe, Middle East/North Africa, and Asia Pacific among many other regions.
He has assisted the early growth and development of several brands. His strategic partnerships and relationships within the pharma industry brought in growth and maximized opportunities across every company he was associated with. It is because of his dedication and expertise that today, Advanov has evolved into a self-reliant systematically growing pharma company with zero debt.
